Today (05/14/2020) I began a new daily regimen of 2 capsules or 1gm (recommended daily dosage) of Host Defense, Lion’s Mane supplement. Lion’s mane mushrooms (Hericium Erinaceus) are white, globe-shaped fungi that have long, shaggy spines. People can eat them or take them in the form of supplements.
