Smokey Robinson delivers his opening statement at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Music Licensing, Copyright and Royalties. “Musicians who recorded before February 15, 1972 deserve to be compensated the same was as those who recorded after that date.” Watch full hearing here:
