Try this simple mindful  meditation for 30 consecutive days to rewire your subconscious mind. When you begin any new meditation practice you will notice the stream of thoughts which flow through your mind.  Aware, as if for the first time, how many idle thoughts come through each waking moment. This is normal and the main purpose of meditation; becoming aware how your mind works, and learning to master your mind. Don’t be alarmed how many of your thoughts are negative. This is normal. Meditation and recitation of mantras will help you reset your negative thought patterns with better control and routine, positive thought patterns.  “No thought” or empty mind is not a goal but may be an outcome of a routine, long practice.   Effort not for “no thought” as this will only increase your thought production. Simply notice your thoughts and let them pass by like clouds across a clear blue sky.
